Dr. Udall graduated from Louisiana State University Medical School in New Orleans, and completed his residency at the University of California Irvine Medical Center. He recently completed his fellowship training at Harvard University in Boston.

He specializes in arthroscopy and minimally invasive surgery for hip, shoulder, elbow, knee and ankle injuries. Dr. Udall takes a particular interest in hip injuries and is one of a few doctors in the Valley trained in hip arthroscopy for management of labral tears and femoracetabular impingement.

Dr. Udall was recognized for his research on valgus instability of the elbow and won best Shoulder Elbow paper, a journal of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery Neer Award. Other honors include Alpha Omega, awarded to those who are in the top 10 percent in medical school, as well as the Kennedy Center Award for best anthropology research from Brigham Young University.
